Release my funds within 30 minutes as promised. You are excepting my money, charging me for it, charging a monthly subscription but will NOT release my funds in a timely manner.
This is a huge inconvenience.
If my bills are not paid on time there is an extra fee charged to my account. Thats extra money I dont have to spare for your convenience of holding MY funds on verified accounts.

Paid $36 for a hair cut and beard. Got there and another $40 and the barber is not legit. I've called to get my 40 dollars back and the guys lying giving you the run around.

I need my debit information updated ASAP, and this app, for which I'm paying almost $40 a month, is sending my money to a debit card I no longer have. So, where is my payout going and how can I receive my payout as soon as possible?

You guys are stopping people from booking with me witch is unfair and it doesn’t make sense
Its funny how every time I have a new client I half to log in and these are returned clients. Then when I have an issue I wont get a client for about a month I feel like you guy are controlling the flow of my clients because everyone there is an incident my flow of traffic stops. I think its unfair that you guys are using this app to control my flow of income Ive been using booksy for 4 years now and I still havent had a successful day were Ive made over 200 dollars witch really sucks and I think that some fraud type of *** fr

Made an appointment and canceled just to never get my money back and ended up paying for the full service anyway. Called customer support and was told to dispute it with my bank.
Never use Booksy or you will get robbed. I will never be using it again.
I did not authorize this company to put me on it. Please do not book anything through here. I do not allow online bookings. Just call me and I’ll be happy to help you.
They put me on their website and I never signed up for it and patients are booking appointments that I am Unaware of

Call the company direct because I did not know I was on here until somebody called Fourth of July. Wonder why I wasn’t at the office for their appointment that I knew absolutely nothing about or nothing about this site!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It took them a while but they took all the reviews down from my account.
However, the current situation with the reviews has caused significant confusion and negatively impacted my business.
I recently spoke with a representative from Booksy who informed me about the "boost" feature and explained that I would need at least five reviews to utilize it. I provided information about my previous shop and the representative copied and pasted another shops reviews to my new shop, without getting my approval. To my dismay, these reviews mention a different location, employees who do not work at my shop, and a completely inaccurate description of the decor. This misrepresentation has led to confusion among my clients and potential customers.
Not to mention there are reviews on the other shops employees on my shop.
When I reached out to have these incorrect reviews removed, I was initially assured that they would be taken down within 24 hours. However, several days have passed and the reviews are still present on my profile. Upon contacting Booksy again, I was told that they could not delete the reviews because I am no longer working with the previous representative, whatever that means and that they need to verify the reliability of the reviews and they deemed these reviews reliable! What!!
This response is both unacceptable and unprofessional, as it is clear that the reviews do not accurately represent my business.
I am now left in a situation where I need to track down the individuals mentioned in the reviews, including the clients who posted them for a different shop, and rectify the misrepresentation.
This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for both me and my clients. I urge Booksy to take immediate action to remove these incorrect reviews from my shop's profile and ensure that such a situation does not occur again.
Preferred solution: Remove all the reviews from 2017-2019 My shop had only been open since 2023.

No puedo aser a mi cuenta
No puedo abrir mi cuenta solo que me toca pagar y no lo pude hacer ya que mi tarjeta se extravió. Pero luego que hice el pago, no puedo entrar a mi cuenta y cuando intento hacerlo, me manda hacer otra cuenta nueva.
