Why is it so hard to get ur account back ????
It's very hard to get ur account back in case u loose ur phone or just to even get ur account back to another cellphone I feel like they should work with you a little more not just leave you in blank with no type of help

I booked my appointment last night for today at 11:15. Saturday morning I texted the stylist to get her address and thats when she told me she couldnt do my hair due to me booking after 10pm. If thats the case why did it allow me to book with her and take my deposit which she is not will to give back

I came into this salon yesterday after I made the appointment. This is for Modazul Salon, owner Jose Luis Leyva.
I was told that I needed to wait for 45 minutes. I left and went to another place. I was very disappointed.

Braided scammed me out of 207 dollars , she had me Apple Pay my money to her from a flagged account and once I sent the money it wouldnt go through and she just said okay sorry for your inconvenience please unhook with me . as if my money didnt just get taken and. I called Apple and they said the payment was taken

This has been the worst runaround that I have done in my life. I have money sitting there, and I cant get it taken care of. I keep getting a runaround from customer support to them sending me to GlossGenius Support to GlossGenius saying that they cant do anything for Booksy platform, this is Ludacris unhappy customer
Trying to cash out from my account
I cant cash out of my booksy account with my card on file ! Why is this happening ?
If Im gettin charged for my subscription why is it hard for me to cash out using that same card on file ! And why is it so hard to contact customer support this is not the best customer service
